How to book an activity #
Open the canXsee App to the Home Screen.
Selecting an activity #
Select the activity you want to join.
Scrolling down the event page, you will see our suggestions about Audience Suitability. This is what our merchant partners put in to help you find an event suitable for you.
The “About Event” section of the activity, gives you more details about who, what and where of the event. You can select “Show More” if you want more information or “Show Less” if you want less information.
Join Activity #
To join the activity, select the “join activity” purple button.
On the next screen, you will see the Activity Details. This will show you details such as the price of the venue.
Here, you can select how many tickets you want to choose. Once you have finalised how many tickets you need – press “Join Activity”If you wish to join the activity, you must agree to our platform’s Terms and Conditions. It is important to note that our platform has a no refund policy so please choose carefully.
My place #
Once you have joined the activity, you will find the activity in the My Place section of the App, which can be found at the bottom of the Home Screen.
If you wish to leave the activity once you have booked, just select leave activity.
